All content and materials available in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, are the property of Kristmax LLC or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.
You retain all rights to any photos you upload or create using the App. By using the App, you grant Kristmax LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Certain features of the App may require payment. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store and subject to their terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
The App is provided "AS IS" without any warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
In no event shall Kristmax LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
